Clarity Tax Advisors may invite clients to participate in marketing or educational content — including testimonials, reviews, success stories, or case studies. The following rules apply without exception:

  • We will never use your name, business name, logo, results, or story for marketing purposes without your explicit, separate written permission.

  • Marketing consent is not assumed and is never a condition of our services.

  • You may provide identified consent (your name and details are visible) or anonymized consent (no identifying information). Both require your prior written permission.

  • You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by notifying us in writing at jour registered emails. Withdrawal applies going forward and does not affect prior use.

    Opt-out is the default. No marketing use of your information will occur without your explicit opt-in.

How We Share Your Information 

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We however, do share your information only in the following limited circumstances: 

1. AI-Assisted Tools & Technology

Clarity Tax Advisors uses technology tools that may incorporate artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities to support internal operations and service delivery. These include document drafting assistance, workflow automation, communication support, transcription, document organization, and internal analysis.

  • AI-assisted tools are used for internal and service delivery purposes only, not for selling, profiling, or making autonomous decisions about clients.

  • Client information processed through these tools is subject to the same confidentiality and security standards described in this policy.

  • We do not sell client data to AI providers, and we do not permit client data to be used to train third-party AI models.

By engaging our services, you consent to the use of AI-assisted tools as described above. To request that AI tools not be used in handling your information, email [email protected]. We will honor that request within the limits of practical service delivery. Note that certain baseline functions, such as security monitoring, spam filtering, and standard platform operations, cannot be disabled without affecting your access to our services and are not subject to opt-out.

2. With Service Providers 

In specific use cases, in which we shall notify the client, we may also share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in delivering our services, including: 

  • Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) for retirement plan setup and management. 

  • Cost segregation specialists for real estate depreciation studies .

  • Software providers (QuickBooks, Karbon, Read.AI, DocuSign, Stripe, etc.) 

  • IT support and cybersecurity consultants 

  • Professional liability insurance carriers (if required for coverage) 

  • With Professional Advisors 

  • Attorneys, estate planners, or financial advisors you work with (with your consent)

  •  Collaboration with your existing CPA or bookkeeper during transition periods 

All service providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify. 

3. For Legal or Safety Reasons 
  • To comply with legal obligations, court orders, subpoenas, or government requests 

  • To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our clients or the public 

  • To investigate or prevent fraud, security breaches, or illegal activity

  • Note: We are required to retain tax records and work papers for a minimum of 7 years under IRS and professional standards

Retention of Information
